Cam in the Green Guide today

For folks in Melbourne or Sydney, check out the Green Guide in The Age or SMH respectively. There’s a fairly large interview with me about halfway in.

Couldn’t you have mentioned this earlier today? Now I have to leave the house again, and after Nay and I so successfully planned to be back indoors before the midday heat set in too!

    Ooh cool pic :-)

that’s the old photo from The Age spread about 2 years ago. I’m must thinner now. Oh and much greyer. Totally forgot about it. Had a VERY weird day.

Couldn’t find it in the smh but got it online - http://www.smh.com.au/news/web/meet-the-podfather/2007/01/17/1168709762972.html
Never heard of the green guide though.

Have you got skylook to play nice yet. I’ve never tried it for the high price but have tried pamela (pamela-systems.com), hot recorder (hotrecorder.com), power gramo (powergramo.com) and total recorder (totalrecorder.com). None work seamlessly though. All have a deficiency somewhere to make them thouroughly annoying.

I’m now trying to sync my usb mixer with skype and audition 2.0 using virtual cables and asio4all but there’s some effort in making them all friends. This could be an option for you.

And note TPN’s Pete Lazer on page 2.

  6. Cameron Reilly Says:

Daniel - well Pete hasn’t done a show for TPN since his TV career went nuts, but I do like to think that we helped launch him, even if in just a tiny way.

Hugo - thanks for finding the link. Skylook is very reliable. I’ve been using it for over a year now. Jeremy Hague, the developer, is a good mate. The only downside of it is the Outlook requirement. I have tried Pamela, Hot Recorder, Power Gramo, Total Recorder etc as well and never had any success with them.

Oh… forgot about this until I listened to the latest Napoleon 101.

Hmmm… reminds me of an interview I heard with Todd Cochrane by the BBC. The interviewer kept calling him the Podfather and he kept going “No, no… that’s Adam Curry” (the evil one).

Good to see TPN getting noticed by the Age. (btw, have you seen Godfather for the Wii… http://www.gametrailers.com/gamepage.php?id=3022 )
